The Ugly Truth

The ugly truth is losing weight is not difficult.

It’s just we humans overcomplicate a lot of things. And we find it difficult to stay on track for more than 5 minutes.

It’s like diets:
One day I’m gluten free,
Next day I’m vegan,
Then I’ll move on to some 5 & 2,
Then I should be doing paleo…
Then I’d wonder why I have no energy

Exercise is another great example:
Shall I just do running,
Or the bootcamp down the road,
Or I will just do my old routine (that I used to do 15 years ago)
Or my friend suggested that I should follow this great YouTube channel…

You see where I’m going with this?

Every plan works as long as people adhere to it. Note, that most people need less intense training nowadays as their stress level is already high. Training is a form of stress and you can only train as hard as you can recover from the training.

With beginners and re-starters we like to start rather slowly making sure they can adapt to the stimulus and get the most out of the exercises. We genuinely believe that less is more so that we can work on quality and clients can get the highest return on investment.
