When it comes to eating healthy, the most important thing is timing.
Not what diet you’re eating.
See if you could compress your eating window to 8-10 hours.
Outside of this window, only drink pure water.
Every meal should consist the following:
-protein
-starchy/rooty carbs
-healthy fats
-green or other seasonal vegetables
Aim for whole foods, no additives or artificial stuff.
You will find lots of examples in the Nutritious Food Book.
I don’t want to tell you what to eat, I’d like to educate people on how to be in control of their own eating habits and lose weight sustainably. That’s why we don’t do diets, because eating is something you will be doing for the rest of your life. It should be enjoyable too!
