When these 2 things were a big focus of mine over a 2 week period, the difference I saw in a short time was quite remarkable!
The 2 focuses were:
- Only one cup of coffee a day in the mid-morning
- Going to bed at the same time, waking up at the same time each day
==> Over only 2 weeks, the changes were incredible
The most noticeable differences were:
My energy levels throughout the day were higher and steady all day, no peaks and drops (I used to do a lot of naps and keep drinking coffee…)
I became happier in general
My mind became clearer
I became more focused during work
I slept better every night and woke up feeling refreshed rather than still tired.
I recommend reviewing your daily habits and the structure of your day.
Are there things you can add in…
– OR –
…remove to improve your:
- Sleep
- Clarity
- Focus
- Activity
- General health and well-being?
For example, having a contrast shower (hot & cold) and finishing with a cold blast first thing in the morning can be a huge energy booster.
Taking regular walks outside with no distractions can also alter mood and calm the nervous system. I take my dog for a walk in the evening and it does wonders.
Just because something worked before, it doesn’t mean we cannot review it and change it for the better. We don’t need to accept things the way they are…
I love coffee, so cutting back was a real challenge, however what feels even better is the clarity and focus that I gained from doing so.
What habits could you tweak or change that could have a profound effect on You?
If you’re ready to feel more energised, sleep better, and bring more focus and clarity into your daily life — without trying to overhaul everything at once — our 6 Week Kickstarter Programme is built just for you.
