We’re not a typical gym.

The typical gym model is broken because most people get a generic workout routine for their induction which is “great” for everyone, but it doesn’t really work for anyone!
And then they left alone for their own devices…

No wonder why people drop off so quickly.

No one listens to them.
Everything is so generic and vague.
No real plan created for the client outside of the gym.
No accountability.

That’s why we created our small group training sessions.

We want to get to know every client: their background, exercise history, injuries, what do they do for work, how do they spend their day, what’s their diet like, lifestyle, all of it.

So then, together we can be clear about where they want to be, and we will design a roadmap for them to get there step by step.
