Here at Training Unity, we’re for people who are over 40 and want to get or stay strong, healthy, and injury-resilient. The key point here is that you DON’T need to be athletic or have any exercise experience.
We’re going to teach you all of that.
With simple tips we will ensure that you’re progressing safely and steadily at your own pace.
And not someone else’s pace!
This last part is super important, as we still provide personal training—just in small groups and in a non-intimidating environment.
