The thing is with exercise that we all know we should be moving, it’s difficult to start, that’s for sure. Especially when you haven’t been moving for a while, let alone proper training.

Once you’ve started to increase movement and daily activities, the body starts to respond in a positive way, but only going to start feel the benefits after 2-3 weeks of exercising.

That’s why we designed our 6 week Challenge, so you can truly feel all the benefits of this newly found movement. People can commit to 3 weeks, that’s psychologically easy, and they will have all the positive benefits of increased metabolism, more energy, better posture.

This Challenge is NOT about leaving people shattered, rather giving them a structure and slowly improve their mobility, relieve tightness and leaving them feel better in their bodies.

The only challenge is to show up and trust the process that you’re going to feel better afterwards. Once you have the momentum, it is so much easier to keep going.
