𝗕𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗕𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻.  I’m sure you’ve heard that before.

Did you know the word “Champion” originates from the Latin word “Campion” which means fighter. The vision of a Champion is someone who is bent over, exhausted and drenched in sweat when no one else is watching.

So, you can ask yourself what would excellence look like for you?

It begins with extreme desire, but also needs intense commitment.
On average, out of 5 training days:
1 is great
3 are So-So
1 is rubbish.

So, mental toughness is NOT about being tough or hard, it is more about the ability to remain focused despite all the difficulties going on in your personal and professional life.

I don’t know about you, but personally I feel like my hands are full. Being a business owner, a trainer, a husband, a dad, I really value time and efficiency. So that I can get the most out of my training in an extremely limited time to add the biggest return to my busy life.

And it’s not about being perfect. Far from it!

It’s about doing the best in any given moment. Champions have this ability to fight through during those times when they don’t feel like it. Because that’s what matters the most. They can pull it together when things get tough.

Don’t be perfect! Aim for steady and slow progress. Step By Step.
When you do 1% improvement every single day, that compounds your results 37 times over a year.

Here are 3 questions that help you to evaluate your progress:
– What Did I Do Good Today?
– What Needs To Get Better?
– What Changes Should I Make To Become The Best?

Answer these every day to improve slowly and steadily.
