Some of my proudest achievements as a coach, when someone comes to me and they’re in pain and have no hope, yet we’re able to get the client strong, healthy and happy. Everything I do is to promote long term health and fitness.
I have run several workshops nationwide and I believe in being part of the solution, so I often just create my own educational programs whether it is teaching other personal trainers or everyday people.

My journey to becoming a personal trainer started a long time ago, when, as an overweight dad of two, struggling to run 3 miles I decided I needed to do something about it. I went in at the deep end and entered a race called the Marathon De Sables, (150 miles over 6 days through the Sahara Desert) after three years of training I managed to complete it. This inspired me to carry on and take on many more sporting adventures.
In 2017 I managed to break my neck coming off my mountain bike, after many months of rehab through functional, strength and mobility training I was back on the bike. The rehabilitation training led me to want to become a PT.
I have loved doing this, I love taking people through their own journey, helping them to achieve their own fitness goals. It is amazing to see clients form habits that allow them to be fitter, stronger and happier.
