Walking

As the drier days start rolling in, I’d like you to start considering doing some daily walks.
Not running!
Not jogging!
Just simple, easy walking.

Preferably without any distractions. Aim for 30-60mins/day. Start with the shortest time first, then you might start enjoying it.

I know that not every day is perfect and that’s okay. This is for creating some headspace for you and not to add more pressure to your probably already busy schedule.

In fact moving away from work helps to create a different perspective. When we have more headspace, there is always more clarity and this could help with all areas of life.
