I know firsthand how it feels to struggle. I’ve dealt with serious digestive problems, low energy, back pain, and moments where I felt completely lost. It wasn’t until I reached out for help and took responsibility for my situation that things began to change.
That experience shaped my passion for helping others.
I founded Training Unity, based in Cookham, Berkshire, to provide people with the guidance and support they need to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including my time at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, I’ve helped hundreds of people get stronger, fitter, more resilient to injuries—and most importantly, feel happier and healthier.
