Don’t like exercise?

The thing is that not many people like to get started exercising. In fact, most of our clients don’t like it at all. They only come because a few people are waiting for them.

Some of them even say things to our coaches that “I hate you” or “not that exercise”!

Of course, we don’t take it personally.
