Body Positivity vs. Glorifying Obesity

Where do we draw the line?

We fully support body positivity and the importance of self-love at every stage. But the mindset of “I love my body, even though I feel miserable” is one we believe deserves a deeper conversation.

Let’s be clear—there’s no room for shaming here. Real, lasting change begins with a personal decision: that moment of saying, “Enough is enough. I don’t like how I feel, think, or look—and I want more for myself.”

This isn’t about appearances – it’s about health. It’s about being able to say, “I know I’ll feel better in a healthier body – when I’m no longer compromising my well-being or affecting those I love.”

We work best with people who are ready for change – those who are open to learning, growing, and taking action, even if they don’t have all the answers yet.

Our mission isn’t to normalise obesity. It’s to educate and support people in making healthier, sustainable choices – through nutrition, movement, and lifelong habits.

If you’re ready to take that first step, our 6-Week Kickstarter Program is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
