⁣If you compare yourself to your previous self… Please STOP!

You’re not your previous self from 10, 15 or 30 years ago.

We understand that life got in the way and for whatever reason exercise, health & fitness ended up at the bottom of your priority list.

It’s okay. The past is the past.

However, what you do from now on that is the only thing you can control.

I suggest starting slowly, one step at the time and not jumping into the previous routine that worked 5-10 years ago when you felt your best.

If you’re not doing any daily walks, start with a 15mins walk after lunch.
If you’re not doing any exercise start with just one session.
Can you increase your protein with every meal?
Can you only drink water between meals?

These are the fundamental things you want to do for your well-being to achieve long term health.
However it still starts with small steps. So small that you can absolutely achieve that with 100% certainty.
