Our main communication channel is our WhatsApp group:
Here are our coaches direct phone numbers, in case you need to get hold of them for any changes.
Greg – 07472 177102
Gosia – 07938 663415
Chris – 07739 537158
You will also get a couple of automated messages and emails from us. This is to keep you on track and check in with you in the beginning of your programme.
You can reply to as many as you wish or as little as you want.
Firstly we need you to complete two forms BEFORE starting your first session.
One is a health questionnaire which is a requirement in every gym, the other one is our Terms and Conditions.
The most important thing to note is that we have a 24 hours cancellation policy, however if you wish to make any last minute changes for your class bookings, please message us privately or in the WhatsApp group. If there’s slot where you would like to change your booking, we will do our best to accommodate you.
You can find the forms here

Book your consultation as soon as possible!
Before or around your first session, you need to book your individual consultation, where we will give you way more personalised advice on nutrition, recovery, exercise management and break all of these down for you small, simple steps that you can repeat on a regular basis. This looks different to everyone, even though there are some similarities in what most people need. I find that people who know where they are going exactly and also know the daily steps that they need to follow, way more likely to get there. So, this is your chance to get clear on how to accomplish your goals with clarity.
This video provides a tutorial on how to record or complete daily “tiny actions,” which are also called habits, on the Everfit platform.
Steps for completing habit
On the Everfit dashboard, you can see what you need to do for the day, including your workout and your daily habits.
Click onto one of the habits.
For a one-time action, like “delay caffeine cutoff by 12 p.m.,” you only need to click the tick once to complete it.
For an action with a metric, like the 30 minutes for a “postmeal walk,” you click repeatedly until you complete the required time.
When you go back to the dashboard, the completed action will say “completed,” and the system recognises that it has been done.
To find exercises, you can go to the “Coaching” section at the bottom of the app or go to the dashboard where the current day’s workout is displayed.
Completing these daily tiny actions is essential for creating momentum and making progress.
"How many sessions do I have?"
You can find how many sessions you have left available to book via either the app or desktop.
When booking sessions, always use your standard membership first before using the “Make Up Sessions” or “Additional Sessions” packs as these will have a longer expiry. In comparison, your standard membership sessions give you an allowance to use each month.
These how to guides will show you how to find out how many sessions you have left:
